How do I use nutrition scripts to customize the nutritional analysis?

You can customize the display of nutritional information in the recipes and menus by using nutrition scripts.

The nutrition scripts are in folder NutritionScript in Shop'NCook data folder. You can either modify an existing nutrition script by opening it in a text editor or create your own from scratch.

After modifying an existing nutrition script or adding a new one, restart the software. Open then the Nutrition tab of the Preferences and select the new nutrition script.
