How to add a fixed list of items to the grocery list?

When you have a list of grocery items you always purchase, create a sublist with all these items.

The easiest way to create a sublist is to create a grocery list that contains all your recurring items and save it as a sublist by selecting "Save as sublist" in the File menu.

When you want to create a new grocery list, open the sublist, optionally deselect the items you don't need to purchase this time, then click on the Add button to add the selected items to the current grocery list.

Alternatively, you can create a default shopping list, save it by selecting "Save shopping list" in the File menu, then use it as base when you create a new shopping list by selecting "Open shopping list" in the File menu.
