Do I need to uninstall the trial before installing the full version?

You should not uninstall Shop'NCook. You can reinstall it on top of your previous installation. Your data will not be modified.

Note that if you have installed the trial version, you don't need to reinstall Shop'NCook. Just input the registration number you purchased to make the installation of the trial version permanent.
