How can I make a more compact print-out of the shopping list?

You can customize the print-out in different ways to make more compact shopping lists.

First, in the shopping list tab of the Preferences, you can remove the option to add the recipe title to the shopping list, which will give much smaller shopping lists.

In the print tab of the Preferences, you can reduce the size of the margins, select to print on two columns and remove the category headings.

In the Appearance tab of the Preferences, you can set the character font and size.
